How to become a director in tupperware business plan?

There are 3 Consultant Ranks..

CONSULTANT

Consultants move up the Ranks with Qualified* Recruits. Consultant can earn from:

1) Retail profit of Tupperware Brands Products - Dealer's price is less than normal retail price. (20% less)

2) Free vouchers as welcome gift - Consultant can purchase more products cheaper for a start sample.

Once you have sign up as a Dealer/Consultant, you must make a purchase of RM150 retail value so that your membership is counted for. To be a qualified recruit, a new consultant must make a purchase of any amount within 21 days of joining. Consultants have to maintain a minimum of RM500 per year, or subscribe to Inspira Magazine at RM30 per year to avoid discontinuance of your membership.

STAR CONSULTANT

Star consultant can earn from retail profit which he/she will gets an extra 5% (total of 25% discounts). To be qualified as Star Consultant:

1) Have minimum of 2 recruits - either directly under her or one recruit under her recruits another person. Star Consultant may have 2 - 5 recruits.

2) Eligible for overriding commission (3% - 2% - 1%) from downline.

3) Have to maintain a minimum of RM500 personal sale per month to qualify for overriding commission.

VIP CONSULTANT

VIP consultant can earn from retail profit which he/she will gets an extra 5% (total of 25% discounts). To be qualified as VIP Consultant:

1) Have a minimum of six recruits in her group.

2) Overriding commission (4% - 3% - 2%)

3) Have to maintain a minimum of RM500 personal sale per month to qualify for overriding commission.

DIQ (Director in Qualification)

Before becoming a director, a VIP Consultant has to sign up for DIQ program.

To complete the DIQ program:

• Minimum Personal Sales of RM1500
• Minimum DIQ Team Sales of RM25000, includes personal sales.
• By the end of 3 months program, have a minimum total of 15 active team consultants.
• In the first 2 months of the program, your team sales must not fall below RM4000.

Benefits of a DIQ:

• 5% extra immediate discount off retail price
• Overriding commission 5%, 4% and 3% respectively from level 1,2 and 3 recruits
• Leadership bonus of 3% for minimum monthly group sale of RM3000.

After fulfilling the sale target, a DIQ will become a full fledged Director. A Director must maintain a minimum sale of RM3000.00 per month of the group sale for at least eight months in a year.
